We have built the Pet Republic – a world of happy pampered and loved cats and dogs, where quality pet food is an expression of affection and care. We are happy to be ruled with a furry fist!
Challenge
How do you successfully launch a brand which has never communicated its presence through any campaigns in the competitive and packed market of cat and dog food? How do you build trust and encourage customers to try new products? How do you present the world from the perspective of pets, without neglecting customer-brand touchpoints and while aligning the advertising message to the target group?
Solution
We have created a world where dogs and cats rule their owners and not the other way around. A world where pets are cared for and offered tasty, wholesome quality food as an expression of love and concern for their health and well-being. The advertising message is conveyed in a funny and emotional way, clearly visible to new consumers.
We opted for maximising our reach.
We featured our campaign in widest-reach media (Internet, TV), while at the same time using emotionally engaging advertising formats (spot video, shorts). Our social media campaign (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) enabled consumers to step into the Pet Republic and share their experience. At the same time, we were building a social proof by working with influencers.All this was underpinned by consistent stylistic choices and a narrative combining various customer-brand touchpoints.

We created a landing page as an integral part of the campaign. It is consistent with the key visual – here is the Furry Fist Gang made up of unique characters! Each member of the gang is different and has different nutrition needs, which can all be met by choosing the right pet food. This helped us to highlight the product range.
